You will be responsible for transforming unstructured outbound initiatives into a highly controlled, repeatable, and scalable engine of success. By managing a high-performing team and orchestrating a sophisticated tech stack, including advanced CRM architecture and multi-channel automation, you will drive the operational excellence and data integrity necessary to maximize contact rates and campaign ROI. ARE YOU THE RIGHT FIT?
MUST TO HAVE
- 6+ years in Outbound Operations, CRM Management.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in CRM architecture and Marketing Automation Platforms (MAPs).
- Ideal candidates come from Engineering or Administration backgrounds, bringing a structured and process-oriented mindset.
- Experience with Reports and KPIS management.
- Experience managing operations.
- Knowledge in AI tools
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with Agile Methodology
- Experience working in a marketing agency
- Familiarity with automation tools (Zapier, CRMs, Google Sheets workflows).
