As a Cold Email Specialist, you’ll be responsible for executing and optimizing outbound email campaigns that drive qualified conversations and pipeline growth.

What You Will Do
Own and execute high-performing cold email campaigns end-to-end—from lead sourcing and enrichment to campaign launch, testing, and optimization. You’ll analyze performance data, refine targeting and messaging, and continuously improve reply rates and conversions across B2B markets.

Build, launch, and manage cold email campaigns end-to-end, from lead sourcing to optimization.

Enrich and segment lead data using tools like Clay to ensure high-quality targeting.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance (open, reply, bounce, and conversion rates).
- Execute A/B tests on subject lines, messaging, and CTAs to improve results.
ARE YOU THE RIGHT FIT?
MUST TO HAVE
- +1 year of hands-on experience with cold email tools (e.g., Instantly, Clay) and campaign execution.
- Strong written & spoken English
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret metrics and optimize performance.
- Familiarity with artificial intelligence tools
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with deliverability best practices (domain warming, inbox placement).
- Experience working in a marketing agency
- Familiarity with automation tools (Zapier, CRMs, Google Sheets workflows).
