What You Will Do
Our web and digital designers are artists at Cleaning in Motion. We count on them to make things look fantastic, to help us tell our client’s stories, and to communicate unique values through excellent and user-friendly design.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Come up with creative ideas for paid advertising campaigns and design the ads.
- Lead and implement optimization strategies using A/B testing software, heatmaps, and other UX research tools.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing and Ops on creative strategy, execution, and site production
ARE YOU THE RIGHT FIT?
MUST TO HAVE
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital design work for web, social media, and marketing campaigns
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) or Figma.
- Understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices for digital media.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or animation tools.
- Experience working in a marketing agency
- Familiarity with branding, typography, and visual storytelling strategies.
