What You Will Do
As an Email Marketing Specialist, you’ll craft, execute, and optimize email campaigns that drive engagement and revenue for our B2B clients.
- Build, launch, and optimize email campaigns (nurture, outbound, reactivation)
- Create and manage sequences in Instantly, Apollo, Smartlead, HubSpot, and GHL
- Apply best practices for deliverability, warming, sender reputation, and domains
- Ability to analyze campaign performance data and translate insights into actionable improvements.

1+ year of proven experience designing and executing B2B email marketing campaigns.

Strong knowledge of email platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, GHL) and automation workflows.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with A/B testing, deliverability optimization, and personalization strategies.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email templates and design adjustments.
- Familiarity with tracking performance metrics, dashboards, and campaign data.
