What You Will Do
As a sales coach, you will act as a consultant; advising clients on best practices for marketing and sales strategies, sharing knowledge, and empowering clients and their teams with expertise and tools.

Act as the main liaison between the agency and assigned clients to ensure service excellence.

Achieve and maintain client retention rates of 98% or higher through strong relationships and measurable results.

Conduct weekly client meetings, focusing on progress, strategy alignment, and proactive solutions and improve processes through automation.
- Design and implement macro strategies per client goals, coordinating with Growth, Design, and Copywriting teams.
ARE YOU THE RIGHT FIT?
MUST TO HAVE
- 2+ years of client management experience with a focus on Marketing Strategies
- Strong written & spoken English
- Experience managing multiple clients at the same time
- Familiarity with artificial intelligence tools
NICE TO HAVE
- Postgraduate studies in Marketing or relevant to the role (preferred).
- Experience working in a marketing agency
- CRM System Experience
