What You Will Do
You will be responsible for tasks such as recruiting, managing employee relations, handling payroll and benefits, ensuring legal compliance, and supporting employee development and engagement.

Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, job ads, and professional networks to identify qualified candidates.

Conduct initial online screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit

ARE YOU THE RIGHT FIT?
MUST TO HAVE
- 1+ year of experience in recruitment, HR coordination, or talent acquisition support.
- Strong written & spoken English
- Experience sourcing candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and social media recruiting tools.
- Ability to conduct structured screening interviews and document evaluations using scorecards or evaluation rubrics
NICE TO HAVE
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment, HR operations, or talent acquisition.
- Experience working in a marketing agency
- Experience recruiting for remote teams or international talent markets, particularly in LATAM, Africa, or Southeast Asia.
