What You Will Do
Responsible for CRM Management, integrations, troubleshooting and automation building
- Maintain accurate pipelines, contacts, and data within the CRM.
- Create and optimize workflows, triggers, and nurture sequences.
- Identify inefficiencies and improve processes through automation.
- Work with marketing, sales, and operations to implement solutions.
ARE YOU THE RIGHT FIT?
MUST TO HAVE
- 1+ year of hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Go High Level, HubSpot, Salesforce) including pipelines, workflows, and contact management.
- Strong written & spoken English
- Ability to build and manage automated workflows, triggers, and sequences (email/SMS).
- Familiarity with artificial intelligence tools
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience connecting tools via Zapier, Make, or direct API integrations.
- Experience working in a marketing agency
- Familiarity with tracking performance metrics, dashboards, and campaign data.
